Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoSmith Pro (“the Service”), operated by EuroKeys App LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoSmith Pro is a professional locksmith intelligence platform providing vehicle key programming data, FCC ID lookups, technical dossiers, business tools (job logging, invoicing, inventory management), and community features. The Service is available via web browser at autosmithpro.com.

3. Accounts & Authentication

• You must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account to access paid features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• One account per individual. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All fees are in USD.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Contact [email protected].

5. Free Trial

New accounts may receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires an active subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Service content without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including unauthorized vehicle entry.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service’s infrastructure.
• Upload malicious content or spam to community features.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on AutoSmith Pro — including vehicle data, technical guides, dossiers, images, and software — is the property of EuroKeys App LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. User Content

Content you submit to community features (tips, discussions) remains yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.

9. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• Vehicle data, key programming procedures, and tool compatibility information are provided for reference only. Always verify with manufacturer specifications.
• We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, keys, or equipment resulting from the use of information provided by the Service.
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or data accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuroKeys App LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
